Little does he realize that this contract, created by or for the contractor, is not only exceedingly ambiguous relative to the project at hand, but in almost every conceivable dispute or conflict, it is often weighted substantially in favor of the contractor. The absence of appropriate verbiage also provides the implication or assumption that the contractor is the expert in this case, so the interpretation of almost any project-related item by the contractor would be the right one.
